Refund Policy Overview
We allow refunds or exchanges within 30 business days of receiving the goods. Please ensure you have carefully inspected the product so that you can promptly process the return if you find any issues.

Return Conditions – Based on Product Condition
Returns or exchanges are possible only under the following conditions according to the product’s status:

Unopened and unused: The product’s original factory seal is intact and has never been opened, assembled, or used. Full refund available. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened but unused: The box has been opened, but the product has not been assembled, sat on, or used in any way. The product must have no visible damage, dirt, or wear, and all original accessories and instructions must be included. Refund is available, but a 15% restocking fee will apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Used: The product has been assembled, sat on, or shows any signs of use, wear, dirt, or odor. Used products are NOT eligible for refund or exchange, unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect (see below).

Defective or incorrect shipment: If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, you may return it regardless of use or open status for a full refund or exchange. PURELY CRAFTED LLC will cover return shipping costs in such cases.

Return Process
If you meet the return conditions above, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Please contact our customer service team and inform us of the order information you wish to return, along with the product’s condition (unopened, opened but unused, defective, etc.). You can contact us using the following method:

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service will review your application and provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and refund address.

Pack and Ship the Goods: Pack the goods securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the package. You will need to ship the product back to our return address: 11418 RAINDROP DR, SAN ANTONIO TX 78216

Choose a Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely.

Processing Time
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to you via the original payment method after processing.

Shipping Costs
If the return request is due to a product defect or incorrect shipment, PURELY CRAFTED LLC will cover the return shipping costs. For unopened and unused returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For opened but unused returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. Used products (non-defective) are not accepted for return.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Please ensure the new product in the same order meets our return policy. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the returned item must be in unopened/unused or opened but unused condition as described above.
